If you need immediate answers to your questions about the Biz, register with the CAO Discussion Boards. The CAO D-Boards are organized into 20 forums, moderated by industry professionals who are there to answer your questions about the Biz. On the CAO D-Boards, union and non-union actors, theatre students, parents of kidz in the biz and other entertainment industry professionals pose questions, examine the nature of being an actor, debate industry and union politics, find audition opportunities, share monologue and audition hints and tips, discuss how to find legitimate agents and photographers and chat about the business.
The CAO D-Boards constitute a national, online community recommended by acting teachers and coaches, AMIS, Theatre Ontario, Equity, Equity Showcase, ACTRA and UBCP as a reliable source of information for entry-level actors, Kids (and their parents) in the Biz, veteran actors, actors who want to expand their horizons (write, direct, produce and promote their productions) and models.
CAO D-Board Subscriptions are $20 (ACTRA) to $30 (general public) per year.
